You all know about the Country Living Fair right?? Well if you dont, let me explain!!
Each year, Country Living Magazine travels to beautiful Music city to hold the Country Living Fair. A place where Interior Designers, Design enthusiast and anyone who loves beauty, gather to shop, enjoy great music and eat Delicious food. There is also amazing opportunities to connect with editors and other designers, learn from seminars and just soak in the feeling, that is Country Living!! Sound fun? I KNOW!!!
If this is RIGHT up your ally, and you are in Tennessee or want to travel here, you are in luck!! I am part of a group called The Nashville Influencers, and Country Living has been gracious enough to give each one of us (2) complimentary weekend passes to give away! Say WHAT!? YES you read that right, (2) passes for the entire weekend. For free!!! Im so excited to give these tickets away! So how does this work?? You just need to hop on over to Instagram, and follow @DesignThoughtsInteriors and comment by tagging someone you would want to take with you! Thats it!! I will use a random selector to choose a winner next week, and you will be notified via Instagram!!
Wilsonart ( yes, the brand) is on my mind. Its been a few months since I traveled to Las Vegas with Modenus and #blogtourKBIS, but I still find myself thinking back to all the wonderful surprises that awaited me there! Especially when I go to spec a second home for a client, and they are interested in A solid surface or Laminate for their lower-level game room and bar area! Whahoo!! My first thought was Wilsonart! 4 months ago, Wilsonart would not have been what came to mind first. For NO other reason other than I haven’t kept up with their ever changing, growing brand! I dont typically specify laminate, usually natural stone, so when I stepped into the Wilsonart booth at #kbis, my jaw dropped! This is not your everyday laminate and solid surface ! Take a look. The capabilities of Wilsonart are expansive. Have a pattern or color you love? no problem, they can scan your image and create a custom surface just for you. Amazing! Like so many companies aligned with Modenus and Blogtour, Wilsonart strives to bring connection to the client and the product. How do they do this? by listening. They listened to their demographic ask for custom options, so they created it. And they do it so well.
I will say, over the course of (2) days at #kbis2016, Wilsonart was on the very top of my list for brands that blew me away. I walked in with a pre-conceived idea of what their brand was, and left with a completely refreshed, excited view. Ready to specify!!
Have you used Wilsonart in your projects? I want to hear about it!!
