All of the glass is broken, and the pieces that broke, totally ruined the matte!SO DISSAPOINTING!! you know what is the exact opposite of disappointing ? the way Lamps Plus has ALREADY gotten back to me, with an email including pre-paid shipping labels with the promise of sending a new one as soon as they get this damaged one back!!
