Hope...Giving Back.. - Design Thoughts STUDIO

I hardly know how to begin this post, so I am just diving in…I changed the title a million times already because there aren’t quite the right words to describe whats going on….so let me just share with you a story, of a beautiful girl, woman, sister, wife, daughter. Her name is Tara. She is 29 yrs old. she has been diagnosed with a rare form of Colorectal Cancer. The cancer has spread to other organs in her body, and she is using every ounce of strength, hope, courage, love and support she can get.

I use to work with Tara’s sister, Tracy, back in the good ole days at Red Lobster. Tara’s family, has organized a fundraiser to help her and her husband with the outrageous amount of medical bills that continue to pile up, as she continues through treatments and surgeries. This fundraiser includes a silent auction which I am honored to be part of, Design Thoughts will be donating a 3 hour Design Consultation, to the highest bidder..this is the smallest of contributions, but everything helps. They will have a ton of other great items up for auction too, including tickets to sporting events, getaway weekend trips and a custom painting by my good friend Tracie, at Tiny By Design, see her painting for the auction here.
